Given their terrible performances, it is clear to see that Manchester United are currently in a desperate need to strengthen their attacking options during the January transfer window so as to stand a chance of claiming the Premier League title this season.
As a result, it has been no surprise to see United being linked with a host of top names and the likes of Neymar, Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo and even Lionel Messi have consistently been linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Now in another shocking rumor from French publication Buzz Sport, it has been claimed that United are considering a move for former Liverpool star Luis Suarez at the end of the current campaign.
Suarez has cemented his reputation as one of the finest strikers in the world following his move to Barcelona last season and the reports claim that United are hopeful of luring the Uruguayan superstar to Old Trafford in January.
The rumor can be taken with a more than a pinch of salt as there is no reason why Suarez would want to leave an all conquering Barcelona side for struggling Manchester United and his links with Liverpool as well as the racism controversy against former Red Devil Patrice Evra means that the striker may not be too keen on joining the Old Trafford based outfit.
